Adding custom directories when a new account is created

Issue :

Besides the default files and folders, some additional custom directories(say ‘images’) are required.

Solution :

If the account is being created by a reseller then add the directory name (images) to his /cpanel3-skel/
If the account is being created by root then add it to /root/cpanel3-skel/
