JPC is web hosting provider that needed the automation in all processes. We integrated brands at database and application level. Cpanel API has been used for adding,deleting and auditing cPanel licenses. Enom API has been used to check the domains when customer is adding an account. Nagios integration is done with servers to continuously monitor status, memory, load, ports of all servers and give alerts in case of any errors, Server audits are performed through scripts that run on each server and crons that check the status of these. Server reboots, switch integration are performed through a number of API’s There are extensive analytics available throughout the application so that revenue and trends can be checked based on types of accounts, types of server, across brands and dates. We can also manage staffs, leaves and manage projects. We have maintenance notices and news letters that can be sent to clients.
