Mailing list : Address not found

Issue :

When accessing any option in a particular mailing list, it comes up with an “Address not found” Page load error and the url is redirected to “mail.servername/”

Fix :

The following steps can help you get around this problem :

1. Change the working directory to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/
2. Run the following command :

./withlist -l -r fix_url mailinglistname –urlhost=mail.domainname

Note : Replace ‘mailinglistname’ and ‘domainname’ in the above command with the actual values.
