Issue :
How can users be prevented from running cron jobs?
Solution :
If you want to prevent every user on the server from executing cronjobs then put the word ‘All’ in the /etc/cron.deny file.
If you want to permit a particular user to run cronjobs then add him to /etc/cron.allow
