Awstats says “Never Updated”
admin | May 05, 2009 | Comments 0
Issue :
Awstats page in cPanel was displaying the message;
Awstats: Never updated.
The logs were getting updated ( i.e usr/local/apache/domlogs/domainname.com)
But every time you run /scripts/runweblogs , this file was being deleted.
The error was;
/scripts/runweblogs
Log checker loaded ok..
What user’s logs did you want to update? testusr
==> cPanel Log Daemon version 22.0
==> Shared RRDTOOL support enabled
Processing testusr…
[add dead subdomain] testusr testdomain.com
Fix :
The domain testdomain.com is the main domain.
->Go to /var/cpanel/users/
There was an additional entry for this main domain as
XDNS testdomain.com
Remove this and run the weblogs again.
There you go !!!!!!!!!!!
Stats updated.
